Stracciatella ice cream made from goat's milk with natural vanilla flavor and dark chocolate cremeux. 

Sugar-free, Gluten-free. 
In craft individual packaging. 
The individual packaging weighs approximately 200 gr.
The family packaging weighs approximately 500 gr. 

Our ice cream is made using a hot method, where the mixture is carefully heated to properly incorporate all the ingredients.
It is then left to mature naturally for 22–24 hours.
During this process, the ingredients bond together, the flavors balance and the texture becomes softer and velvety,
offering a more complete taste result — to enjoy it as it deserves, alone or with your loved ones.
