Welcome to the official online store of FYSIS PASTRY SHOP. Please read carefully the following terms of use which regulate the access, use and performance or purchases performed through the FYSIS e-shop. Use of the www.fysis.gr website implies unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions which regulate it. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using this service.

2. Terms of Use & Ordering – Links to Other Websites
2.1 Use of the e-shop and placing orders is permissible only to adults over the age of 18. Placing an order constitutes a purchase proposal and is only completed after confirmation by FYSIS via a relevant email that the user will receive. In the event that a product is in limited supply, there will be a relevant indication below the product on the website and it will be temporarily impossible to select it.
2.2 FYSIS reserves the right to reject an order in cases of inaccurate information or technical/operational failure.
2.3 In order to use the e-shop, you will need to have or create a personal account (web account), based on the terms and conditions contained in the terms and conditions of www.fysis.gr. It is noted that even if someone does not have a personal account, one can still browse the online store. If one wishes to purchase products and place an order, one will be asked to choose whether to create a personal account or continue as a guest. When starting to use the e-shop, the user will be asked to enter the postal code (PC) of the area where the delivery will take place, in order to check the possibility and cost of shipment, which will be finalized upon completion of the order, at which point the volume of products will be determined. In any case, before completing each order, the user must enter the address for the delivery of the products. Each user is solely responsible for the information provided by the user, which must be true and accurate. If FYSIS finds that the information provided is not true, it may cancel the registration of the user in question, without incurring any liability.
2.4 The content of www.fysis.gr may include links to other websites to which it refers via “links”, hyperlinks or advertising banners. www.fysis.gr should in no way be deemed to endorse or accept the content or services of these websites and/or the pages to which they refer or are linked in any other way. If a visitor to the site decides to use any of the third- party websites through their links, he/she accept that he/she does so at visitor’s own risk.
3. Products & Availability
The products available for ordering through the e-shop are made to order. Product images are indicative and may vary due to the nature of handmade production, while each product has a detailed description of its ingredients and dimensions.
Our products are made daily with fresh ingredients. Due to the nature of the products, availability may vary.
Allergens: Our products may contain or have come into contact with ingredients such as gluten, nuts, eggs, milk, and soy, unless explicitly stated as gluten-free, in which case the relevant health protocols apply.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices include VAT. Any offers or promotions are taken into account when calculating the final price.
To register and execute an order, it must be fully paid up at the time of order placement.

- Google pay
- Bank deposit (for business customers only – Β2Β)
- Click and collect (payment is made at the time of order placement without any shipping charges)
For card payments, the customer is transferred to the secure environment of the partner banks, where the order amount will be verified and paid, without any intervention or responsibility of FYSIS.
5. Delivery
The estimated delivery time is stated in the e-mail that follows the order confirmation.
Delivery is made:
- Exclusively in specific areas within the Attica Region, by our staff or through a partner service. Before completing the order, confirmation is made that the area of the specific postal code is covered by the delivery service.
- Delivery schedule: 08-00-20:00 daily (Monday through Sunday).
- Any shipment costs are displayed upon completion of the order.
- If the customer is absent on the agreed delivery date and time, the order will be delivered at the nearest FYSIS shop (for the time being Marousi and Agia Paraskevi, soon in Athens Center also) following relevant information to the customer via e-mail. The customer will be able to pick up the delivery from the mentioned shop within 24 hours from the set delivery time. After expiration of this deadline, the delivery will no longer be available for quality reasons and no refund will be possible. If the customer still wants the products, he/she will need to place and pay for a new order.
FYSIS is not liable for any delays in the orders delivery of orders. Furthermore, it is not liable for delays due to force majeure occurrences or incorrect information provided by the customer.
In the event of a significant delay in delivery, FYSIS will send a notification by email.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Given the nature of the products (perishable, made to order, possible incompatibility with the customer’s taste preferences), returns are not accepted.
Cancellations for special orders such as wedding or birthday cakes or for events with personalized content are only accepted up to 3 days prior to the specified delivery date and time. For all other orders, cancellations are accepted up to one working day prior to the delivery date and in any case at least 24 hours before the specified delivery time. Beyond that point, FYSIS reserves the right not to agree to refunds for any amounts that may have been paid. Refunds in case of cancellation will be made forthwith (the crediting of the funds depends from the card’s issuer).
Changes to orders in terms of flavors, weights, and quantities are only accepted up to five (5) days prior to the specified delivery time. Beyond that point, FYSIS reserves the right not to refund any amounts that may have been paid.
In case of incorrect or defective delivery, the customer is advised to contact us immediately (2114069267 info@fysis.gr), and the issue will be examined on a case-by-case basis. In any case, a refund requires the return of the product intact to FYSIS’s headquarters, 98 Kifissias Av. Marousi 15125.
7. Personal Data (GDPR)
FYSIS complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). Your personal data (e.g., name, delivery address, tax identification number, telephone number, email address) are used exclusively for the processing and execution of your order and are not disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for delivery (e.g., invoicing, courier). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy and data processing policy of FYSIS Marousi Privacy Policy – Fysis Pastry Shop.
Αlso, if we receive your consent, we will send you, any offers for members, or a customer satisfaction questionnaire via email, as well as the FYSIS newsletter. This consent may be freely revoked at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
FYSIS is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure occurrence (e.g. weather conditions, strikes etc). We reserve the right to correct any technical or typographical errors in prices or product information.
The total liability of FYSIS, its legal representatives, partners, or employees is limited, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the amount of the order that caused the damage, excluding further liability for the recovery of indirect or consequential damage, loss of profits, loss of revenue, moral damage, unless liability arises from a mandatory provision of law.
The website www.fysis.gr is not liable and is not obliged to compensate for any damage suffered by visitors/users of the pages and/or members of its services due to negligence or technical problems, nor is it liable for any “viruses” that may circulate and cause problems or damage of any kind. Visitors to the services of this page accept that all pages/services and their content are provided “as is”.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the e-shop (text, photos, designs, FYSIS logos, domain name) is the intellectual property of FYSIS and is protected by Greek and European law. Reproduction or use without the prior written permission of FYSIS is prohibited.
10. Amendments
FYSIS reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time, effective upon their publication on the website.
11. Applicable Law – Alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes
11.1 These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Athens.
11.2 We inform our customers about the possibility of alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes arising from contracts for the online sale of products or provision of services, using the ADR entities registered in the Register in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/ 2015. Customers can follow the link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform HED Platform | Consumer Ombudsman to submit their complaint, which is then forwarded to the relevant EED body.
