So, in the winter of 2014, Fysis travelled further north, opening its second store in Marousi.
Our new home was not just an expansion, but the continuation of a vision: to offer quality, inspiration, and optimism through the pleasure of the senses.

In Marousi, we stayed true to our values — choosing pure, preferably organic, ingredients, holding fast to traditional techniques, and remaining committed to giving flavor to our philosophy.

Our two stores share the same heart and the same mission: to bring more people into the beauty and quality that flows from Greek nature.
Because for us, “desserts with ethos” has never been just a phrase — it was, and still is, the reason we started and continue.

Our patisseries in Agia Paraskevi and Marousi remain dedicated to the same purpose — to remind everyone that true sweetness lies in nature’s balance, in quality, and in the moments worth savoring with all our senses.
