The company FYSIS allows users to evaluate products displayed on the website www.fysis.gr using text and ratings. In order to evaluate a product, users must be registered on the website.

The company takes control measures to ensure that the reviews displayed on the website come from users who have actually purchased a product. To this end, reviews published on the website must, whether negative or positive, relate to a transaction by a user who has previously purchased a product from FYSIS website. In order to ensure the reliability of reviews submitted by users and relating to products promoted through the website, the company and the website administrators reserve the right to request further information from the user, in order to confirm that the review in question originates from a confirmed purchase of the product. If, for any reason and for any period of time, a review cannot be linked to a confirmed purchase, the review will be published, but will not be included in the average rating of the product in question. It should be noted that the above procedure for ensuring the origin of user reviews is independent of the review content management process.

Each user has the right to evaluate each product only once per transaction.

By submitting text to the website, the user grants the company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and publish the text submitted to the website. At the same time, by submitting text, the user consents to the modification of the text prior to its publication by the website administrators, in the event that the text of the review violates the content posting rules listed below. In the event of such modification, the company will make the necessary changes in order to publish the review immediately and then inform the user of the above actions taken, taking every care to preserve the substance of the review as far as possible.

The review may include:

• any reference to a store (regardless of whether it is affiliated with the company or not)

• reference to the order processing and/or delivery process (regardless of whether the order was placed through the website or not)

• reference to another user or to another user’s product review

Reviews that include the following will not be posted:

• inappropriate or ironic expressions and characterizations references

• content that refers to software piracy, either directly or indirectly

• allegations of fraud against any of the company stores

• Greek text written with non-Greek characters (Greeklish)

• text written exclusively in capital letters

• any text unrelated to the review or the product

Please note that reviews marked with the special label “verified purchase” label allow users to easily identify reviews that have been submitted by other users who have actually purchased or used the product in question, in accordance with the company’s internal controls. Reviews that do not carry the “verified purchase” label are reviews for which we cannot confirm that the product was actually purchased or used by the user who submitted the review.

In any case, it should be noted that only reviews from verified purchases, whether positive or negative, are taken into account when calculating the average rating for each product.
