Rich cream ice cream with zest and juice of fine lemons along with handmade praline cream and crunchy chocolate crumble.

Our ice cream is made using a hot method, where the mixture is carefully heated to properly incorporate all the ingredients.
It is then left to mature naturally for 22–24 hours.
During this process, the ingredients bond together, the flavors balance and the texture becomes softer and velvety,
offering a more complete tasting result — to be enjoyed as it deserves, alone or with your loved ones.
