Our ice cream is made using a hot method, where the mixture is carefully heated to properly incorporate all the ingredients.
It is then left to mature naturally for 22–24 hours.
During this process, the ingredients bond together, the flavors balance and the texture becomes softer and velvety,
offering a more complete taste result — to enjoy it as it deserves, alone or with your loved ones.
