Our new panacotta

There are desserts that don't need much to win you over.
Just balance, simplicity and pure flavors.

Our panna cotta is back — with a new recipe, softer, more balanced and completely aligned with the philosophy of Physis.

It remains 100% vegan.
But what you'll remember is not that.
It's its texture.
The texture that makes the difference
Creamy, light, almost “silky”.

Its base is created from:
coconut milk
coconut cream
organic agave
natural vanilla
And it binds naturally, thanks to vegetable thickeners.
Iota, derived from red algae, gives a soft, elastic texture, ideal for creams.

Guar, a natural plant fiber, helps to “bind” the dessert, without weighing down the result.

The result?
A panna cotta that stands… but melts.

Two versions, one experience
You will find our new panna cotta in two versions:
🤍 Plain
Clean, quiet, with the natural sweetness of coconut and vanilla.
🍫 With chocolate glaze
A soft ganache with:
dark chocolate
coconut
agave
Which “embraces” the cream and gives a more intense, but always balanced experience.
For every moment when you want something simple — but not ordinary. Panna cotta is not a spectacular dessert. And perhaps that is the most beautiful thing about it.
