The texture that makes the difference
Creamy, light, almost “silky”.
Its base is created from:
coconut milk
coconut cream
organic agave
natural vanilla
And it binds naturally, thanks to vegetable thickeners.
Iota, derived from red algae, gives a soft, elastic texture, ideal for creams.
Guar, a natural plant fiber, helps to “bind” the dessert, without weighing down the result.
The result?
A panna cotta that stands… but melts.
